Helping people and the pets they love. We help needy people in the community to fix their pets. PALS exists to help people as much as pets. For every animal that is spayed or neutered, there are fewer that end up homeless. We surpassed 1000 vouchers in 2007 and have distributed these to 48 zip codes!

Spay/ Neuter is an act of love- for our pets, our community, and for millions of helpless, homeless animals. Every year thousands of kittens and puppies become homeless and are left at shelters We hope that you would join us in ending the needless killing. One answer. Spay or Neuter.

Pet Prevent a Litter (PALS) of Central Texas is a 501(c)3 Not-For Profit Charitable Organization helping to reduce the number of animals put to death in Hays County shelters by promoting the spaying and neutering of pets. Although we are not a shelter or veterinary clinic, we are dedicated to raising awareness as well as money to help those that cannot afford the expenses of spaying and neutering. We believe education and community involvement is the only way to end pet overpopulation and pet homelessness. Get involved and help us spay and neuter Central Texas pets.
