Vouchers for Central Texas We assist those who cannot otherwise afford to fix their pets who live in Hays County and surrounding central Texas areas (as funds are available). Qualified candidates usually have low income, medical hardships, are unemployed, receive Medicaid, food stamps, Social Security or have other extenuating financial circumstances.

You could be eligible for a voucherfor a free spay or neuter.
