Community cats are unowned, free-roaming cats. Trap-Neuter-Return-Maintain (TNRM) is the most effective and humane way to help them. PALS offers a limited number of spay/neuter slots each month for community cats.

⚠️ Tru Catch Traps ONLY PALS only accepts cats in Tru Catch traps — one cat per trap. Cover the trap with a towel before transport. Ear-tipping confirms a cat has been fixed and vaccinated.
